Fiberglass Shower Pan Preparation
JOB SITE REQUIREMENTS
Shower pans are required to be sloped to drain prior to waterproofing application.
Please advise if slopped base will be provided at site.
All blocking 8” min must be installed prior to scheduling.
Fiberglass membrane is hand laid to the area, A solid surface is required on all areas to be waterproofed.
- Pitched plywood substrate to flush mounted Oatey PVC shower drain
- 8” dry fir blocking between wall studs NO ACQ
- 3 2x4 high curb
