Fiberglass Shower Pans

Fiberglass shower pans are fully customizable any shape & size (no shape or size limitations), which allows for bench seats, soap boxes, and wall niches. The fiberglass shower pans have a texture finish for tile adhesion and they are 100% seamless so there is no build up at corners. Fiberglass shower pans have fiberglass flashing on outside of pan for additional spill protection and utilize trough drains.

Eastern Fiberglass Method for Fiberglass Shower Pans

• Pitched 1/2” plywood base
  
• 2 OZ fiberglass mat on floor 
• 4 OZ two layers fiberglass mat at walls 8”
  
• 6 OZ three layers fiberglass mat at drain 12” radius
  
• Polyester resin saturation coat
  
• Secondary Vinyl Ester resin texture coat 

Fiberglass shower pans required to be sloped to drain prior to waterproofing application. 

Please advise if sloped base will be provided at site.

All blocking 8” min must be installed prior to scheduling your fiberglass shower pan.
